Overview:

Join our team as a ice cream maker / Cashier where you will play a key role in providing excellent service to our valued customers. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment and interact with diverse clientele.

Responsibilities:

- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Assist customers with inquiries and purchases
- Maintain a clean and organized working area
- Stock shelves and products as needed
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Upsell products to enhance customer experience
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members

Requirements:

- Proficiency in basic math for cash handling and register transactions
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Experience with cash registers and POS systems preferred not required
- Knowledge of technical sales or upselling techniques is advantageous
